    After that period of time, you will decide if and how you want to re-engage with the problematic apps and behaviors.

  • Looking at your phone IS totally fun! But is is also, sadly, really addictive. So like with all addictive substances, we need to be careful with it and put boundaries in place. There’s no Recommended Daily Allowance of phone use YET, but who knows, they might put one in place!

    In the meantime, it’s up to us to set limits.
